PrimeRow watches the theater’s own seat map for your sold-out showtime. The moment a returned seat matches what you asked for, you get a ping with the seat number and a link to buy it, at the box office price, never a scalper’s.

Every seat for your show is gone. The map is solid.
You point PrimeRow at it. We read the seat map around the clock.
Someone cancels. A held block opens. A seat you would take reappears.
You get the ping with the seat number, and buy it from the theater at face value.
We never buy, hold, or resell tickets. We watch public seat maps and tell you faster. That is the whole product.
The Odyssey in IMAX 70mm sold out for seven weeks at my theater. I am an engineer, so I did the unreasonable thing. I wrote a script that read the seat map every few minutes, all day, for weeks.
One Tuesday it buzzed my phone. Two center seats in row E had just come back. I bought them in ninety seconds at face value, while resale sites wanted eight hundred dollars. Then my friends wanted in. Then their friends. So I made it PrimeRow.
Returned and released seats reappear on the theater’s own seat map all the time. Cancellations, held blocks, an extra row opened. PrimeRow watches that seat map for the showtime you want and alerts you the instant matching seats appear, so you buy them at face value from the theater before anyone else.
If your watch expires and we never sent you a matching-seat alert, your credit comes back automatically. No email to send, no support queue.
Email alerts are instant. Each alert names the exact seats, the show, and the link to buy directly from the theater.
Never. We do not buy, hold, or resell tickets. We watch public seat maps and tell you faster. You buy from the theater at face value.
We only watch public seat maps. We store your email, your watch, and (if you opt in) your mobile number. Nothing else. No ads, no trackers, no selling data.
